Products are usually shipped from Sydney within 1-3 business days of receiving an order to most addresses in Australia. We ship with Australia Post, delivery estimates are available at https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/calculate-postage-delivery-times/#/.
Orders are often shipped the next morning, so if you need an address change we encourage you to do that within 24 hours. To change the address, email us at info@ClimateVeil.com.au. In the case that we receive word too late to make changes, customer support will be able to review options with you.

Product Availability – Delivery Delays
Despite our best efforts to meet our delivery times, delays can be experienced due to circumstances beyond our control. This could result in extended delivery times or the product being unavailable. If you have ordered a product which is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you immediately of the delay and should the item no longer be available and you have been charged we will arrange a refund or exchange.
Return and refund policy
We’re excited about our product and hope you are too. In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we are able to offer refunds for qualifying orders.
Products purchased directly through www.ClimateVeil.com.au are eligible for our Money Back Guarantee while Climate Veil products purchased through other retailers are subject to the retailers’ return policies. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, including original packaging, and be within 15 days of the date of delivery to the original purchaser. Please note that the customer assumes all responsibility for the cost of return shipping and that return shipping will not be reimbursed. Further, please note that returns are subject to a 20% repackaging and restocking fee depending on the state of returned items.
